Rules & Regulations

Rental Requirements

• Riders must meet minimum age requirements to rent an e-bike
• A completed rental waiver is required prior to riding
• A valid credit card is required for e-bike rentals
• Debit cards are not accepted for e-bike rentals (may be used for in-store purchases)
• Helmets are required for all minors
• Adult riders may choose whether to wear a helmet by acknowledging and waiving helmet use in the rental waiver

Trail Rules

• Riders must follow all posted trail signage and guidelines
• E-bikes must remain on designated bike routes and trail surfaces
• Riders must yield to pedestrians and other trail users as posted
• Riders must obey any speed advisories or restrictions

Equipment Use

• E-bikes may not be transported in personal vehicles
• Riders may not switch bikes or equipment during a rental
• Bikes and equipment must be returned by the end of the reserved rental period

Responsibility & Damage

• Renters are responsible for any damage to bikes, accessories, or equipment
• Damage responsibility is outlined in the rental waiver
• Lost or damaged equipment may result in additional charges

Authorization Holds

• A temporary authorization hold may be placed on a credit card for e-bike rentals
• Authorization holds are not charges and are released after equipment is returned in good condition

Enforcement

Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of the rental without refund.
