For reservations exceeding $500, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-288ff7765bb877084d10ae65a1128bd0\">\n<li class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6c5ec121044ba705b33643c0d8d7d826\">A completed <strong>rental waiver<\/strong> is required before riding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8149764051841d1508587dcb79afe916\">A temporary authorization hold will be placed on the card on file at check-in. Holds are not charges and are released after equipment is returned in good condition, unless additional charges apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4b67933dbf15304fb91b91bb4c814fb9\" id=\"h-age-requirements-and-waivers\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Age Requirements and Waivers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-51ed68b1581b923553a45582f4287ca3\">\n<li class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-02ec3cf67e39a7b1b954345ef8062321\">E-bike operators must be <strong>at least 16 years old<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operators who are <strong>16 or 17<\/strong> are considered minors by Tioga Wilds and may ride <strong>only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A parent\/legal guardian is expected to complete: a waiver for themselves, <strong>and<\/strong> a separate waiver for all minor riders (two waivers are required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adult waivers may be completed online. <strong>Minor waivers must be completed in person at the shop prior to riding.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8d94c07f20ea6b7b51ec0f0357b90144\">The adult completing a minor waiver must be the rider\u2019s <strong>legal parent or legal guardian<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-93de179b9f73cde910efb41353aa2550\">Identification may be requested to verify age or guardianship.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-03d10b36c3c0a9982a92d370da877be1\" id=\"h-arrival-time-check-in-and-late-arrivals\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Arrival Time, Check-In, and Late Arrivals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf29755dc31b5fad7b56405146ffdd3c\">\n<li class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b1bd913268106b06ca3f1b232bf0fa5a\">Significantly late arrivals may be classified as a <strong>no-show<\/strong>, especially during busy periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b6d1594c2d90ceac7037633b9db4b0d2\">Please arrive <strong>at least 20 minutes early<\/strong> to allow time for check-in and bike orientation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservations begin at the scheduled start time. <strong>Late arrivals reduce your available ride time and do not extend the reservation period.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a29192bd73a801dcc18b0be6dd6903b7\"><strong>Identification Requirement<\/strong><br>At least one valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver\u2019s license) is required per reservation at check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-21a685a7f2666ed7b4e8059ef9dd4e4c\">If multiple riders are included on a single reservation, only one ID is required. If separate reservations are made (even within the same group), each reservation must provide its own ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3a58d93a21b1cc47c682358e2b34cbc7\">Identification is securely recorded and attached to the reservation for verification purposes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-53bf9a98c1ac7d19e3003e0e88ebe74b\" id=\"h-cancellation-and-rescheduling\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Cancellation and Rescheduling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d4d6b575d90776bc46d2670c23fab89c\"><strong>Cancellations (24 hours or more)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-69ea2a1739237513fc229d24ced821f3\">Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund of rental charges and taxes, minus a 10% cancellation fee calculated from the rental subtotal (before taxes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c001db1cd43e79d5ba028b3189baf302\">The cancellation fee helps cover credit card processing costs and reservation system expenses associated with processing reservations and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1a0f09038b002a9bb9fcc481567d46bb\">If a reservation is rescheduled within the same operating season, Tioga Wilds may waive the 10% cancellation fee at its discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8486696bbf26f93fb938a4c3ac5ef670\"><strong>Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6f6f99d1dbefc628588efddfc6bc5bb4\">Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be charged the full reservation amount, including rental charges, taxes, and applicable fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3a6b03aae90391a8893ed0bbf9468955\"><strong>No-Shows<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-54714cc95ff4133ba725b9f8645dce44\">Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without notice will be charged the full reservation amount, including rental charges, taxes, and applicable fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-90cef8b70f035245d2ba656dc8e00c0c\">Example<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bb659d1b700f91eda24a3ee84dee4dc9\">For example, if a rental subtotal is $50 and sales tax is $3, the 10% cancellation fee is calculated on the $50 subtotal only.<br>In this case, the cancellation fee would be $5, and the refund would be $48.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-81c38ab6d5d3d577525bb05d8b36b854\" id=\"h-special-packages-and-add-ons\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Special Packages and Add-Ons <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8816b6b3a0afc4035e323da01bbfccac\">Special packages and add-ons (including but not limited to charcuterie boards, flowers, celebration packages, or similar items) are non-refundable once reserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4d27446ef41488c460c95eca6584038e\">If a reservation is canceled for any reason, charges for special packages and add-ons <strong>will not be refunded<\/strong>, as these items are prepared or purchased in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4b21069f2040f0d5e44cf62905c1bf29\">Customers who cancel their reservation will still be responsible for the full cost of any special packages or add-ons included in the reservation, even if the bike rental portion of the reservation qualifies for a refund under the standard cancellation policy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-98019db554867cb079c56074d210de85\" id=\"h-early-returns\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Early Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-61b1194e897939e5c10523b895c4dfad\">Rentals are reserved and priced by the selected rental period. <strong>Early returns do not qualify for refunds or partial credits<\/strong>, regardless of actual ride time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-830909ca19b557408b0948a99c0a027d\" id=\"h-return-time-late-returns-and-impact-on-other-reservations\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Return Time, Late Returns, and Impact on Other Reservations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dbd575bf64d714e467d53c7c9c26519f\">\n<li>Bikes and equipment must be returned by the end of the reserved rental period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a rental is returned late, additional time will be charged based on the time used. In most cases, this is calculated as the difference between rental time tiers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authorization holds may be used to apply any additional time charges to the card on file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12c8fb80a33937df6a107c4c05e3eab3\"><strong>If a late return affects other reservations<\/strong>, additional charges may apply. This may include hourly late fees (up to $15 per 30 minutes or $30 per hour, per bike) and, in rare cases, costs associated with a disrupted or canceled reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-77899ea95906066ee79eaba72fb4ce35\">We always aim to be fair and will apply the most reasonable charge based on timing and availability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bcf6e45cf6d2d3d67cf663ee5b73803d\" id=\"h-bike-assignment-and-switching\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Bike Assignment and Switching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-83d16daeeea466a2e4c5d7d7617f843d\">Each rider is assigned a specific e-bike for the duration of their rental. <strong>Riders may not switch bikes during a rental.<\/strong> Each rider is responsible for the bike assigned to them, including any damage or loss that occurs during their rental period.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d961b1f35d1d96603d25c43f683310c7\" id=\"h-pets-and-passenger-equipment\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Pets and Passenger Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1db442de58a1af6a69f7474409b9c13c\">All pets must be transported <strong>only<\/strong> in an approved pet carrier provided by Tioga Wilds. Pets may not ride in baskets, on laps, or using any other equipment or accessories.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6f5eec821db64346491567a67e6ff64a\" id=\"h-weather-policy\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Weather Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aebfc59898e9210c136655c16cf204f1\">Tioga Wilds operates <strong>rain or shine<\/strong>. Refunds are not issued due to weather conditions. In cases of severe or unsafe conditions, Tioga Wilds may contact you to reschedule for a safer time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2f4f3e\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9464df6eb07516ce998231361826cb12\" id=\"h-trail-assistance-and-recovery\" style=\"color:#d36b2c\">Trail Assistance and Recovery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b2b5d0d22bfa34db5dfcd9715f210904\">Tioga Wilds may offer limited trail assistance <strong>when available<\/strong>. Trail assistance is provided as a courtesy and is <strong>not guaranteed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fa47c0a7f0fc377eef9c98120c9f5e53\">When assistance is available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c4cb88c743d9b4c51169b75ff0151ed9\">\n<li>A replacement bike may be provided for mechanical issues such as a flat tire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The original bike will be recovered and returned to the shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement equipment may differ from the original bike and may include a cargo or passenger-capable bike if required for recovery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-56c5fae89d774ee6089a86a449dc9e58\">Availability is limited. Tioga Wilds operates with <strong>one recovery trailer and a limited number of replacement bikes<\/strong>.
