ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to help with daily rental operations, customer check-ins, bike safety checks, reservations, and occasional trail recovery support.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
✔ Must be 18 or older
✔ Valid driver’s license required
✔ Comfortable riding an e-bike
✔ Comfortable using computers/tablets
✔ Able to lift up to 70lbs
✔ Available weekends and holidays
✔ Excellent customer service skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Customer service and reservations
✔ Bike check-ins and check-outs
✔ Daily bike safety inspections
✔ Shop opening and closing
✔ Battery charging and bike preparation
✔ Retail sales (snacks, drinks, gear)
✔ Trail support and recovery assistance
